- How are your team members trained?
Our staff at Rapid EZ Cleaning receive mandatory training and are properly vetted upon hire. We provide extensive ongoing on the job training, which includes best practices, training for Cal/OSHA, handling chemicals, disinfection procedures training, preventative maintenance training, safety training, use of personal protective equipment, and more.
- Will I know who is assigned to clean my facility?
With Rapid EZ Cleaning we make sure that you know which janitorial cleaning technicians are assigned to your facility. You will have a set crew that will perform the cleaning for your facility, which will give you the chance to become comfortable and more acquainted with your service team. We will notify you in advance if there are any changes to your team.
- Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide our own equipment and provide cleaning supplies, unless you prefer to use your own cleaning supplies. You will be happy to know that our products are eco-friendly and either low scented or unscented.

Our cleaning technicians are required to wear a uniform with our company logo and carry identification. You will always be able to identify our cleaning staff when they are present in your facility.
- How do I know the cleaning crew is spending the time I have contracted them to clean?
We have a fully integrated system that allows us to monitor our staff and hold them accountable for the cleaning of your facility. We have a 3 point check system, which includes a system that monitors when our employees report to and leave your facility, we provide our cleaning technicians with a checklist that they utilize while at your facility to ensure that they clean all necessary areas, and we have a field cleaning inspector who performs Quality Control of your facility to ensure the employee’s work meet the standards of Rapid EZ Cleaning and your facility.
- Does someone have to be at the facility when it is getting cleaned?
No, we are open 24/7, so can clean before or after business hours. Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, so we can clean any time you prefer. We can further discuss how we would access your facility if no one is there during our walkthrough.
- Who do I contact if there is a problem?
You will be provided with a point of contact, upon hire, usually the Operations Manager, in the event that a problem arises. To make sure that you are completely satisfied, we also provide the contact information of our Operations Manager and Senior Sales Manager.
